Saying and Sitting with Goodbye

We hold stories of goodbyes long before we are Earth-side. Goodbyes are very much a part of the therapeutic relationship. Abby and Kellee touch on how goodbyes show up in the therapy space and how goodbyes have shown up in their personal lives.
