Episode 29: From the Move to the Platform ft. Danielle Bond and Nick Santangelo

Last weekend, Team Precision had 7 athletes compete in the USAPL New Hampshire State Championships. Kevin caught up with two of his team captains, Danielle Bond and Nick Santangelo, to talk changes in nutrition and training going into their last meet. Danielle cut more than 30 pounds to qualify for Raw Nationals as an -84kg lifter, and Nick was able to maintain -93kg and not cut into a meet for the first time.
