This experience gives them a fresh perspective because it changes their way of thinking and helps them set a new direction for their future.
So, before you even think about "pitching" anything, you should understand what they truly need. You can pre-frame your content by highlighting the benefits and outcomes people will get, not just the details of your product. For example, instead of saying "our product has X feature," say "with our product, you'll feel Y, and you'll achieve Z."
