I brought him on to discuss his fascinating framework of living called ‘the Five Ps”, which describes the different influences on our motivations, desires and actions in every day life. These are Paper, Pleasure, Power, Purpose and Peace.
In this episode we talk about using the Five Ps to better understand ourselves, and adopt a mindset that is in best alignment with our true selves. We also talk food addiction as one of the manifestations of Pleasure that people seek, and how perspective influences our enjoyment (or not) of life.
