#23: Dr. Jackie Koudys on Naturopathic Medicine, Finding the Best Supplements for YOU, Living a Balanced Lifestyle, and More!

Jackie completed her undergrad in kinesiology at York University where she also played on the Women's Basketball team, and then went on to become a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM).

She's very passionate about her work, naturopathic medicine, and most of all: helping people.

For those who may not know what Naturopathic Medicine is, Jackie does a great job of explaining the ins and outs of the education requirements as well as the methods of treatment and types of conditions a Naturopathic Doctor can help with.

We spoke a bit about supplements as well, and how to navigate that crazy world. Jackie gave some great insight on how to think about which supplements might be actually useful to you.

We also spoke about best practices for exercise, nutrition, and creating a healthy life that is also enjoyable. We had a little fun in the episode where I called out some funny behaviours. I learned a lot and I'm sure you will too!
