120. Accessing The Unconscious Through Breath Work: Magnetizing, Healing and Letting Go with Sarah Charmoli, Co-Owner of Effiji Breath

You’ve probably heard that psychedelics, regressive hypnotherapy and even "shadow work" can help access and heal deep layers of the unconscious, but did you also know that we can do the same thing just by breathing?! Sounds crazy, right?
