SB Pace is a boutique coaching and consulting firm that works exclusively with small businesses of 20 or fewer employees on strategy and growth through coaching, acting as fractional employees, consulting, and shared deliverables.

In today’s world, succeeding as an entrepreneur takes both desire and motivation. Success requires more than just wanting it to happen. Success requires making it happen. At SB PACE, they customize their approach for every client. They understand that no two business owners are exactly the same, so why should their approach be the same for every entrepreneur? They match their style with their clients, making the transition into working with them seamless.

Their number one goal is ensuring that your customers are delighted. By making sure your voice is heard, your customers are happy, and your social media marketing excels. Julie and Corey Understand that every small business is different.

When the global pandemic hit in early 2020, Julie and Corey took it as the sign they had been waiting for. They both felt the call to action to help small business owners and entrepreneurs - the two groups of people that had been impacted harder than almost anyone else by the lockdowns and government mandates. SB PACE started as a passion project.

Julie and Corey have evolved SB PACE over time to focus more on helping aspiring entrepreneurs launch new businesses and helping existing small business owners with operation and growth strategies. While they have fine-tuned and perfected their approach for working with clients, one thing hasn’t changed: their passion for small business. They have held true to their core values of building relationships, never selling services their clients don’t need, working hard while having fun, and holding each other and clients accountable.

They hate coaches and consultants due to high prices and low value. But that’s not how SB PACE operates. Julie Traxler and Corey Harris spent years in corporate America, watching high-priced consultants sell services that weren’t needed, they started SB PACE with a mission. A mission to offer value to each client, to never sell services that aren’t needed, and to understand fully what a client needs before they ever try to sell anything. 

Julie has over 20 years of experience working with small business owners. She’s led clients through acquisitions and mergers, always keeping the needs and priorities of the business owner in mind. Julie is an expert at project management, change management, communication, coaching, and mergers & acquisitions. As one half of the SB PACE team, Julie focuses on listening, understanding, and then solving. 

Corey also has over 20 years of experience working with small business owners. He focuses on the processes that keep your business running smoothly. With a background in owning and operating restaurants, Corey knows what it is to be a small business owner. He brings a strong background of logistics and operations knowledge to the team as well as a deep understanding of finance and cash flow. Corey rounds out the SB PACE team with his analytical approach to business.
