Tom Rogers is joined by Jim Gamble to discuss the recently published and much talked about Mossbourne Safeguarding Review. He chaired the Case Review Panel, established by the City and Hackney Safeguarding Children Partnership (CHSCP), to provide oversight and scrutiny of the review.
