I was one of those people who dove head first, but only after I'd read a bunch of books, attended dozens of seminars and spoken with many others who had done it already. So I guess you could say I dove in cautiously and aware.

I would say that's the case for today's guest. Mark is a business owner, so he already knows how to hire people to get things done that you don't know how to do or don't want to do. He also knows how to do the research necessarily to feel comfortable diving in.
