Lauren offers a 1 on 1 life coaching package based in the science of sleep. She uses coaching, CBT-I, sleep education, meditations and other tress reduction techniques to help her clients feel happier, calmer, more confident, and more productive towards their life goals, including better sleep!
She views poor sleep as a symptom of problems rather than a problem in itself.
