

Anxiety Control in 4 Steps
In this episode of The Habit Coach podcast, Ashdin addresses occasional bouts of anxiety that we all experience—moments characterized by a racing heart, shortness of breath, mental confusion, sweaty palms, and that unsettling feeling of fear. These episodes, known as "free-floating anxiety," can be brief or persist for days, often with no apparent cause. While it's a normal part of life, unchecked anxiety can disrupt work, education, relationships, and overall well-being. He offers a simple four-step anti-anxiety protocol, focusing on introspection and a calming breathing exercise called the Box Breath, which can provide temporary relief during these moments.
