Dr. Sam Zand is a compassionate psychiatrist, motivational speaker, and socially conscious business developer. He has merged his passions for mental health, performance coaching, and entrepreneurship to establish platforms which build leaders and self-healers in the community. Whether treating addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health issues, Dr. Zand is able to build rapport by truly getting to know his clients and helping them increase their self-awareness. His passion is helping his clients overcome mental and emotional obstacles towards unlocking their peak potential.

While his training is in general psychiatry, addiction recovery, and psychotherapy, his passions are in crisis intervention, peak mental fitness training, relationship counseling, psychedelic therapy, and spiritual growth. Dr. Zand works to help his clients cover all aspects of their mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health.

Dr. Zand has worked with industry leaders, corporate executives, professional athletes, and the everyday hardworking citizen. He has established psychiatry clinics and mental health teams in over twelve states. Dr. Zand has worked with the San Francisco Giants to create a mental skills department. He spent time with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to assist in mental health and crisis intervention training. Dr. Zand also speaks for several pharmaceutical companies to help providers bridge the gap between neurochemistry and mental/emotional wellness.

It is Dr. Zand’s mission to continue opening avenues towards strengthening mental health care, decreasing any perceived stigmas, improving spiritual alignment, and ultimately helping others become the best versions of themselves.
