Today I have an amazing episode with Maida Sensei, a direct, personal student of Koichi Tohei Sensei since the early 70's and spending a number of years living in Japan, Maida Sensei is uniquely qualified to instruct Ki development and Ki-Aikido In addition to his role as Ki Instructor for the Ki Research Institute, Maida sensei is presently the Chief Instructor of the Northern California Ki Society, is an authorized examiner representing Ki Society Headquarters in Japan and holds the rank of 7th dan.
Sensei explains the value of being able to channel your Ki, and how to incorporate into your daily life. It has so much value to make you a better spouse, brother/sister, or parent, and you'll quickly see how it relates to these areas, not just fighting. Dr Pete Goldman, a world-renowned healer, and extremely gifted martial artist holding black belts in many different arts and having fought competitively for many years talk about how he stumbled across Sensei and how most Ki-masters are complete charlatans. Dr. Pete shares how Sensei is different, and how he uses his teachings in not only fighting but in his healing practices.
