Hello fam!
In this episode we discuss why we fail at New Years Resolutions and offer some handy tips and tricks to stay on track. We also discuss why many factors such as previous resolutions, enjoyment, pleasure, personality types and importance of a resolution may predict our adherence to our goals.
We also acknowledge why sometimes New Years resolutions are too idealistic, and perhaps getting out of bed each morning and surviving day-to-day is goals enough. Maybe a New Year means nothing has to change and that is more than enough.
We hope you enjoy!
