What areas are seeing the highest amount of demand? Two hundred fifty thousand new jobs were added in November; does that mean there is a smaller chance of a recession? Are ADRs going up or down? In November, nights booked increased 13% year-over-year, but this is the weakest reading that we have seen in 5 months. People are still traveling and are looking forward to exploring more hidden gems next year because demand is here to stay in the small-town rural areas. Urban markets are also making a comeback in the year to come; people are ready to explore cities again.
