176: Childhood Wounding in the Enneagram with Ramona Reid

This show was incredible! Ramona Reid, Enneagram coach and I had a fascinating conversation about how our childhood wounding affects us later on in life and creates the masks that we wear to cover up our wounding.

Ramona does a beautiful job of blending the Enneagram into The Adult Chair and teaches us how to live from our essence (otherwise known as our Adult Chair), regardless of our wounding. 

She goes over each enneagram type with us and explains how each type has a specific wounding and mask that we wear. 

This show as as cool as it was informative! Even if you have never heard of the Enneagram, you will benefit from listening as it will deepen your understandings of your wounding and how you are showing up in the world.
