Dr. Connie Wang shares her journey from dental school to working as a general dentist in Boston. She initially wanted to move to the West Coast but realized she preferred to be closer to her familly. She shares how she found her associateship job that she loves and gets deep about some of the harder experiences when she first started working last year. Dr. Wang emphasizes the importance of gaining real-world experience and acknowledges that there is no amount of experience in school that can fully prepare you for practice. She also discusses how she gradually shortened appointment times as she gained more confidence and skill.
