Today, we have another fitness giant on the podcast to kick-off the new year.
Gilad wins the award for the longest running fitness program on television, surpassing Jack Lalanne!
You don't have a successful 40 year career without learning a thing or two about what it takes.
On one level I was surprised how much Gilad stressed the mindset necessary to achieve but on another, it makes perfect sense.
There is no straight line to success and Gilad experienced (and still does) bumps and bruises like everyone else.
Another trait that stood out was his humility.
We can all learn a lot from this 2-part show.
We should always pay respect to those who paved the way for what we are able to do.
