What should I do if I got infected with the coronavirus?

To me, right now is the most important question of all.

Sure, the best thing is to never get infected by following authorities' guidelines.

But still, what if I get infected? People around us are infected every day. That’s the truth.

Luckily, we have an anti-virus system built into our bodies & DNA.

That system has been battling viruses successfully for at least 2 million years. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have been here today.

In case we got infected, besides FIRST following the doctor’s recommendations and care, I believe there's a LOT we can do to help that anti-virus system.

I spent about a month re-visting my 12 years of metabolic research & what we know about the coronavirus and created a podcast about the simple protocol I’d personally do.
