Thou shalt remember that life is about the journey, not the destination. They say travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer... but in my case, it's always been the opposite. Whether it's forking out for an international doctor and private hotel room after contracting a mystery hybrid of gastro and the flu in Tokyo, or acutely misinterpreting the currency in Vanuatu and unknowingly buying a dress for $500, I always come home from my international jaunts with a heart bursting with memories and a visa bill to match.
