Meghan’s expansive client network consists of the most active developers, institutions, franchise operators, and private investors from across the United States. Prior to joining Matthews, Meghan worked in the Estates, Appraisals, and Valuations department at Christie’s Auction House in Rockefeller Center New York. Meghan then worked for Modern Luxury, a lifestyle magazine, focusing on Dallas and Houston accounts.
About Courtney Haubach:
Courtney Haubach serves as an Associate for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, focusing on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of single tenant net-leased properties. Courtney specializes in advising clients on investments, working with drug stores nationally with a primary focus on tenants such as CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid. Prior to joining Matthews, Courtney worked at a non-profit organization where she focused on business development by assisting in building out the Salesforce CRM platform & fundraising efforts for the company, as well as coordinating 300+ volunteers weekly.
