Austin Malleolo has been to the CrossFit Games eight times, six as an individual and twice on a team. His top placing as an individual was 6th and 5th as part of Reebok CrossFit One.

Outside of being one of the fittest humans on this planet, Austin is a husband, father, and entrepreneur. He is also considered to be one of the best CrossFit coaches.

In this interview we discuss everything from his morning routine, how is stays motivated now that he's no longer competing, the biggest mistake CrossFit trainers make, and his number one tip for becoming a better coach.
