It's only appropriate that my 150th podcast episode be about Egg Freezing, and the information that I share at an Egg Freezing Party.

Egg Freezing parties are safe and surgery-free gatherings of women (and sometimes men) to learn more about the process of freezing your eggs (or sperm). Beyond that, we talk in general about fertility and how every woman (and man) can take a proactive role in preserving their fertility options. 

There is humor. There is honest talk. Most importantly, you will learn about clear steps you can take after leaving the party. This is not merely an information session with great drinks and yummy food, this is meant to inspire action! (Although, I do hope that you meet some new friends and leave with a full belly.
