Zoë is a trauma-informed, ALP-certified Senior Life Coach and Breathwork Facilitator with a deep passion for guiding people back to themselves. Born in London and raised in France, she is also a proud parent of four grown children and the devoted caretaker of an ever-expanding family of animals.

But her journey to this work wasn’t smooth. After drinking for 35 years, Zoë found herself in a cycle of high tolerance, Class A drugs, and prescription meds, desperately seeking escape. She lost her savings, her business, her relationships - but most painfully, she lost herself.

Then, everything changed. Between 2015 and 2019, she broke free - letting go of alcohol, drugs, and nicotine and stepping fully into the life she was meant to live. Piece by piece, she rebuilt, starting with the foundation and slowly restoring the castle of her. Through this transformation, she discovered that the struggles she once saw as roadblocks were actually stepping stones - guiding her toward her true purpose.

Now, Zoë helps others do the same. She works with anyone feeling stuck, disconnected, or caught in unhealthy patterns, helping them rewrite their beliefs, rewire their nervous systems, and build a life they never want to escape from.

Her approach is light-hearted, compassionate, and deeply transformational - because real change happens in a space where we feel safe to explore, release, and heal.
