Welcome to our first episode of 2024!
This is the second and final 'from the vault' episode we've been publishing during the holiday season — and there's no better one to set the tone for who need to become to achieve the lofty goals you have.
In a career spanning more than 20 years, Navy SEAL Commander Rich Diviney completed more than a dozen overseas deployments and was intimately involved with the selection process for the most elite special forces unit.
Since retiring from the Navy, Rich has taught leadership and optimal performance to business, athletic, and military leaders from organizations such as American Airlines, the San Francisco 49ers, Zoom, and Deloitte.
His book, The Attributes: 25 Hidden Drivers of Optimal Performance, is an epic read about the attributes we need to unlock and the skills we need to develop.
