Dr. Lisa Lewis is a psychologist who is a therapist by trade. Also, if you're looking for strong women, she is a great role model for you, she lifts heavy and leads her life with integrity. She has a great love for all things athletic. I got kind of real to give more opportunities for people to relate to maybe something they're going through. I think we all just need to put stuff out on the table sometimes.
