Chris Willey, VP of ERM talks with David about Enterprise Risk Management

Chris Willey, Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at American Eagle Financial Credit Union in East Hartford Connecticut, joins David in a conversation about her Enterprise Risk Management program.

Chris explains how the credit union arrived at nine categories of risk, and then talks about Key Risk Indicators and other features of the program.
