Debbie Elicksen is a writer, publicist, and female pioneer in the National Hockey League and Canadian football. As a sports reporter, she has interviewed more than 3,000 professional athletes and written thousands of articles for the Calgary Herald, NBC Sports and the Associated Press. She’s also helped authors publish more than 150 books, including a few bestsellers, and has personally written and published 16 of her own books. She is the host of the Locker Room For Growth Podcast where I was a recent guest and she’s a regular contributor to the #PRLunchHour on Twitter spaces.
