

221: Summer Shred (Aggressive Fat Loss) Pt 3: Troubleshooting

The plan is straight forward - but that doesn’t mean there won’t be bumps in the road. In the number of times I’ve done an aggressive fat loss phase with myself or my clients, the things covered in this episode are always the most common that come up.
It’s always best to be prepared for these things in case they come up. You may never face them, and that’s great, but if you do, you’ll have tools to easily come out on top and not derail your progress.
Things like: it’s simply “not working”, too hungry, lack of time, injuries, social and family life, and life stressors.
These are the big ones. I give explanations and several potential solutions for each, so that you’re ready if/when they come.
Next up in the series will be about how to make this stick for the long term.
