In this amazing episode of The Plant Free MD with Dr Anthony Chaffee, Tomer Pappe, who greatly improved his Type 1 diabetes control with a ketogenic/carnivore diet, tells his story and how he changed his life and took back control over his own health. Tomer is a certified Personal Trainer, but these days he specializes as a Certified Clinical Nutritionist. In his past he was a Half Marathoner representing the IDF.
As a kid he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Today by a low carb approach he is delicately managing his Type 1 Diabetes, and thanks to that decision, he has better control of his blood sugar than most non diabetics!
Tomer is the founder and owner of “The School of Balance” in Israel in which he is successfully helping other diabetics achieving normal Blood Glucose online.
