In this episode, I spoke to chartered cognitive psychologist Cristina Cioffi. We spoke about a common theme that comes up with my clients who are stressed at work and going through anxiety.
Anxiety is something that Cristina helps her clients through but also lectures at university. We spoke about how being overwhelmed at work can lead to symptoms of anxiety and what it actually is.
