Sarah takes us back to when she weighed 210 lbs at 5'4, to feeding up to support a post-op faltering metabolism and how society, her peers, and her coworkers viewed her throughout the process.
At the end of the day she says, "nothing works better than making fitness your lifestyle and being consistent". Something you can't get through surgery, but can achieve by taking that first step.
