I am super excited to be bringing you today’s episode where I will be sharing something that is super special to me. I asked my publisher Hay House if I could share a chapter of my book with you guys on the podcast and they graciously agreed to let me do it. I can’t wait for you all to have this book in your hands and I am incredibly grateful to share this very vulnerable part of my story. This chapter is from some of my darkest days which makes it a little scary to share but there’s so much growth that can come from really sharing, expanding, and leaning into our pain and past wounds.
