Meet Monique. This We Are For Good rabid fan is all over the Community and studying in PRO. Her career started in recruiting where her interest in DEI and representation grew. Without any nonprofit experience but armed with a dream for change, she launched Little Bit of Good, a four month capacity building accelerator program for Black-led nonprofits. She believes change is possible, and that funding and resource inequities in the nonprofit sector can be changed.
