Mpume is an internationally qualified corporate level coach based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She founded About Change Conversations following a corporate career in companies like Unilever, MTN, Ericsson and Multichoice. She is passionate about personal development and has gained a deep understanding of what is required to identify each individual’s unique talents and passion to ultimately benefit organisations while facilitating personal growth. She is the host of the Change Conversations podcast, and also a facilitator, speaker, and non-executive director.
