My search to help people heal from chronic diseases came down to a single question: Were you created by intelligent design or was there some big bang that accidentally formed intelligent life?

This question ultiamtely leads to a fork in the road where you can:

Believe the universe exists by accident and therefore your sicknesses or diseases are also an accident;
Believe that you're intelligently created, which means diseases shouldn't happen, leading you to find out what the root cause is so you can fix it.
