But typically, for the guys that come to us, it's evident that they're day is extremely affected by what they do in the morning.

If their morning started ugly with things not going well at home, then their business struggles. They spend the day thinking about their wives and what's happening there. Thus, they end up not being productive.

On the flip side, if you start your day right, whatever happens throughout the day, you have the energy to cope and make sound decisions.

Your morning routine is like the foundation when you're building a house. Without it, your day can crumble very easily.
