He wanted to modernize the way menswear was sold, and created a DTC brand that could provide great quality with an easy, no-hassle shopping experience:

“…there's just a huge opportunity around loyalty in this category. If you can capture loyalty around these items, underwear, socks, shirts, undershirts, these kind of wardrobe essentials, then you have the potential to do more…”

We talk about how he built his loyal customer base and how the pandemic has actually improved some of his business processes
