When you first move into people leadership there’s a lot of stuff that you’re going to need to stop doing - this is often the hardest concept to get your head around.
Anna shares the importance of recognising that leadership isn’t the only developmental growth pathway, so if leadership isn’t for you then don’t do it, don't get railroaded into it. Take another avenue (e.g. towards technical expertise), find a pathway that suits you.
