My BIG question this week is 'Should you wait for someone to ask for help before you step in?'

It's something I’ve been thinking about since RUOK day, and want to talk through with you, because being aware of what people around you are going through, and knowing what to do if you're worried about someone can be difficult.

So in this episode I’m going to share with you my own personal journey with mental health, the importance of trusting your intuition, and what to do if you reach out and someone brushes you off.
