During the pandemic of 2020, Jen was instructing PE from home. She felt stressed, depressed, and found herself turning to food for comfort.

By the time Jen’s school returned to in-person learning in January of 2021, she stepped on the scale. She had reached her highest weight of 174 pounds, and knew she must do something.
