The Art and Science of Functional Medicine. Is it for You? With Dr. Will Cole.

Today’s guest is Dr. Will Cole, a leading functional medicine expert, doctor of natural medicine, and doctor of chiropractic. His post doc training is in functional medicine and nutrition…a great combination. He has been a leader in creating telehealth centers in the US and around the world. Cole specializes in clinically investigating underlying factors of chronic disease and customizing a functional medicine approach for many conditions including thyroid issues, autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, and brain problems. We discuss quite a bit about the art and science of functional medicine in this interview. Many of my questions are based on his best selling book, The Inflammation spectrum.

He is the host of the popular The Art of Being Well podcast and the New York Times bestselling author of Intuitive Fasting, Gut Feelings, Ketotarian and, as mentioned above, The Inflammation Spectrum.
