About Patrick: Patrick moved to Walvis Bay, Namibia, in 2014 as service centre manager for former Rolls-Royce Marine (now a part of Kongsberg Group). In 2018 he started his own company together with 2 others, and is successfully delivering technical services on marine vessels in Africa. About Janne: Janne is a mechanical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in international sales and management. She enjoys a straight-forward communication style and is curious by nature – this is her motivation to do the technical Hot Seat that looks behind the buzzwords.
