Michael Chitwood is the founder of Team World Vision, a ministry of World Vision that is dedicated to helping people take on life-changing challenges like marathons and endurance races to raise money for clean water projects. Team World Vision has raised over $100 Million to date for clean water. Michael serves as the the Executive Director for Church and Ministry Partnerships at World Vision.  He has also written a book called, “The Ability to Endure”, which invites people to consider how God can use the most painful experiences in our lives to draw us closer to Him through serving others. Benjamin and Michael talk about what it takes to bring a vision to life, the importance of embracing risk, the power of building a family culture, what it takes to be a world-class leader, and more.
