Sleep is hard, and it shouldn't be. It's also extremely important to everything we do as humans, so doing it well should be pretty high on your priority list.
Naturally, there are many factors that play into having a good night's sleep regularly. I wanted to cover some of the simplest and easiest things that you can start doing TONIGHT to sleep better.
No fancy gadgets, no new skills to learn, nothing to requires anything but a small change in behaviour. Like anything, none of this actually helps, unless you actually do it.
I dive into my 3 best tips to sleep better tonight: getting off your screens, keeping the bedroom for sleeping only, and the use of meditation/mindfulness/breathwork.
Towards the end I also covered a bunch of other rapid fire tips but didn't go into great detail.
