- GRIT - Persevere with passion for the goal at hand. What do you need to learn in this circumstance/situation? Find those teachable moments.
- GRIND - Life is hard, but the reward is greater. Keep at what matters. And you may have to ask yourself a thousand times in one day, "Why am I doing this?" Because you get to! Because you are facilitating an atmosphere of growth.
- GRACE - Always have your heart open to love unconditionally. That doesn't mean you give yourself a pass or others for that matter. You give yourself a place to fall and learn in the midst of failure and success.
