Daniel Hood and Wesley Knightstep are two Maryland local house flippers that have built an impressive business at a very young age. Daniel flipped his first house at 17 years old and continued throughout college. After college, he partnered with Wesley Knightstep who had a background in construction. The two created HK Equity, a highly profitable house flipping company.
