91. The Theory of Relevance

In this episode Deja and I dive into the Theory of Relevance.

Basically the theory states that if you don't make decisions in alignment with your ultimate goal, you will struggle to get there.

We have seen this both in the women we work with and in business, and we touch on both in this episode.

One of the biggest areas we see women struggle with this, is setting a weight loss goal that is tied to the scale.

When in reality it's often not the number women are aiming for, rather the way they will look, feel, and the things they will gain from that healthier lifestyle.
