With a dual background in medicine and law, Dr. Stillman assists healthcare organizations in navigating complex interpersonal conflicts and promoting physician wellness. He also holds leadership roles within the Institute of Professional Work Life and the Department of Medicine. An associate professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School, he teaches medical professionals about malpractice, patient communication, and risk management. Dr. Stillman is also the creator of the "CRAFT" program, training healthcare leaders in conflict resolution techniques.
