I have a question for you. With what your business is currently offering, are you striving to serve your audience or to impress your peers? Meeting your audience where they're at makes sense, right? So then why is it so hard to do?

I have seen it so many times. We get excited about the success of our business and we begin to overshoot our prospects, overwhelming the audience. Doing this impedes your ability to serve them and ultimately cripples your business growth.
